The TOU and the relationship between you and MindMesh Lab Inc. are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. You and MindMesh Lab Inc. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware.
